TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Satom IT & Learning Solutions charges a center administration fee to cover ACCA exam fees, local administration, room hire, exam supervision and exam invigilation costs. Any incurring bank charges will be carried by the applicant.
2. A confirmation email will be sent to you, once your registration has been processed at our testing center and your payment has been received.
3. Any change of date and/or exam must be notified at least 48 hours before the exam’s starting day and time. A charge of CHF 25 will be applied to any change of date and/or time
4. Bring the ID card mentioned on your application form on your examination day for identification purposes.
5. Satom IT & Learning Solutions will make every effort to ensure that examinations are well organized and run as smoothly as possible. We will do our utmost to deal efficiently with any problems arising from circumstances beyond our control. In any circumstances, Satom IT & Learning Solutions' liability is limited to a refund of the exam administration fees only. Otherwise, no refund is possible when exam is confirmed.
